Penetration Temperature Probe
Type K
Ideal for temperature measurement of meats, plastics, and other semi-soft materials. The sheath is 3″ long and 1/8″ in diameter and is constructed with #304 stainless steel. The coil-type cord is constructed with a thermoplastic rubber jacket and is 1-1/2 feet in length and reaches up to 5 feet when fully extended.
