4 Terminal Kelvin Chip Tweezers for 3525,3550. The tweezers make solid connections to chip components in manual sorting applications. Capacity of jaws is 12.7 mm (0.5 in). The Tweezers include a 3 ft cable with BNC termination for connection to the LCR Meters. Contact tips are replaceable.
The tips are not included and you must order at least one of the three tip kits with the tweezers.
