TEGAM, Inc. is pleased to announce that IET Labs Inc. has acquired certain resistance products from TEGAM, effective 01/12/06. IET Labs Inc. offers a complete, A2LA accredited calibration laboratory, service center already experienced with TEGAM and ESI products, and a wide range of complementary resistance, inductance, and capacitance standards. Both companies are working to make the transition positive for customers. This sale allows TEGAM to focus on developing new products with greater growth and sales potential.
